Gatekeeper Sales Estimated to Double in 2019 – Stock Price May Soon Follow Suit

We’re excited to sit down with two representatives from Gatekeeper Systems (CA: GSI – $0.10 & US: GKPRF – $0.08 & GER: 1GK – €0.06), Mr. Doug Dyment, the President and CEO and also Mr. Jeff Gruban, the brand new Vice-President of Sales with us. Gatekeeper Systems provides high-definition mobile video surveillance and safety solutions for public transit authorities, school districts, law enforcement, as well as the US military and Coast Guard.

The Company is truly at a pivotal time in its history as its sales in fiscal year 2019, which ends August 31, 2019 may reach $15 million, almost double from last year’s $7.8 million. This is mainly due to the acquisition of Spector Logistics last year, which Gatekeeper was able to pick up for $300,000.

This subsidiary has since then generated no less than $7 million in new business from just one client. Further growth from the subsidiary is very realistic, as it will start to target other transit authorities in Canada and the United States.

Mr. Dyment also reveals that he’s working on at least one other acquisition, from which we may see some news in the coming months.

The Company is also very active outside of North America. The CEO extensively talks about a large project in Dubai to outfit smart sensor systems on a fleet of 6500 buses, for which Gatekeeper is shortlisted.

Finally, the Company also expects significant success from applying artificial intelligence on the video and other data that its systems collect. This could lead to a major breakthrough with existing and new customers worldwide.
