ZoomAway Travel Makes Another Major ‘White Label’ Sale, Launches Booking Tool At Eldorado Resorts

ZoomAway Travel Inc. (TSXV:ZMA – $0.14 CAD & OTC: ZMWYF – $0.15 USD & Frankfurt:4ZO – €0.15) has launched the Company’s “White Label” technology reservation solution at the Eldorado Resort Casino, the Silver Legacy Resort Casino, and the Circus Circus Hotel Casino in Reno, Nevada. All three properties are owned by NASDAQ listed Eldorado Resorts.

With the White Label Technology Platform embedded in each of the casinos’ website, customers will be able to book online and package their hotel rooms, amenities and activities, including ski and golf, in one simple transaction at significantly reduced rates.

Before the ZoomAway software solution was implemented, Eldorado handled bookings, where lodging and entertainment needed to be combined, manually, as they didn’t have the expertise, nor the technology to automate them. Note that 90+% of all hotels handle combined package requests by hand. Consequently, the market for ZoomAway’s solution is immense.

The new agreement again indicates that the number of ZoomAway White Label clients is growing exponentially. In October 2016, the Company announced that its White Label technology booking solution was launched at the Poppy Hills golf course in Pebble Beach, California. The technology platform has since been embedded in the Poppy Hills website, www.poppyhillsgolf.com, and allows customers to make lodging reservations and book tee times all at once.

More recently, ZoomAway partnered with CourseCo, a leading golf course management firm, to provide White Label booking solutions at 6 of its 28 golf facilities under management. Similarly, the White Label Stay & Play booking tool will be used at the prestigious Barracuda Championship, an official PGA Tour event, that takes place between July 31 and August 6, 2017 at the Montrêux Golf & Country Club in Reno, Nevada. The platform will enable visitors to book a room along with tickets for the event, parking, etc.

Founded in 1973 in Reno, Eldorado Resorts has been dedicated to providing exceptional guest service, a dynamic gaming product, award-winning dining, exciting entertainment and premiere accommodations.

The casino entertainment company owns and operates seven properties in five states including the three where the While Label software was installed.

Eldorado Resort Casino is an 814-room hotel, casino and entertainment facility located in downtown Reno, Nevada. Silver Legacy Resort Casino is a 1,711-room themed hotel and casino located adjacent to Eldorado Reno and Circus Reno. And Circus Circus Hotel Casino in Reno, Nev is a 1,571-room hotel-casino and entertainment complex connected via a skywalk to the Eldorado Reno and Silver Legacy.

The three hotels/casinos are in fact one of the largest gaming complexes in North America as they are connected. In total, the three have over 4,000 rooms.

In recent news, Eldorado Resorts acquired Isle of Capri Casinos, Inc. in a transaction valued at approximately $1.7 billion. Following the completion of the transaction, Eldorado will add thirteen casino–resorts to its portfolio, for a total of 20 properties in ten states.

Conclusion

Most of the Company’s sales at this moment are derived from White Label offering. That’s no surprise as hotels need technology and service solutions that drive customers to their websites and loosen the grip that large online travel agencies (OTA), such as Expedia and Priceline, have on them.

More people are traveling now than ever and consequently, travelers are looking for savings, efficiencies, and new things to do while at their destination. With the ZoomAway White Label system they can get all of that right from their favorite hotel’s website.

Although the three resorts that we have discussed above are by far the three largest in Eldorado’s portfolio, chances are that ZoomAway may further expand its services to the other hotels/casinos of the group.
